About the event
Cadine is hosting a special book launch and signing event with Vancouver-based author and illustrator Kyla Bourgh on Thursday, October 22!
Join us in the Heart of Vancouver to celebrate the release of French Ending / Une fin française, a bilingual French-English book inspired by Bourgh's two-month artist residency in a small town in France. Through humour, vulnerability, and personal reflection, the book explores language, emotions, and the challenges of expression.
Guests can meet the author, hear stories about the summer that inspired her book, and purchase a signed copy. Admission is FREE! To RSVP, preorder your signed copy, and learn more about the event, visit www.shopcadine.com.
Make an evening out of it! After the event, enjoy a delicious dinner just a few doors down at June or
Elio Volpe, or have a sweet treat at Rain or Shine or Hot Cha Cafe.
