Vancouver’s Sweetest Secret? Lemonade, Gluten-Free Bakery

Chances are you have heard of Lemonade Gluten-Free Bakery by now. This well-loved bakery has been part of Cambie Village for more than 20 years! Inside, you can find some of the city's best breads, cakes, and other sweet treats, all completely gluten-free.

Every morning, the team starts baking before sunrise, mixing, shaping, and preparing everything in-house, by hand. Kiana and her husband, Eric, took over the bakery from founder Tracy Kadonoff, who opened the store in 2012.

The mission was simple: create delicious baked goods for people with celiac disease or gluten sensitivities. Since then, Lemonade has grown in popularity, attracting individuals from across Vancouver, and Burnaby and Richmond, eager to get their hands on Lemonade's famous tarts and pastries.

Reflecting on her journey, Kiana admits, "Honestly, every day I come into the bakery, I have to pinch myself. I never imagined owning a bakery — the fact that I am here now feels incredible."
